How Comydo works

Administration

All QR codes are generated and managed in the online administration portal. This is where you can see who has which access authorization at a given time. You also have the option of opening doors for your visitors with just one click and in real time – even if they don’t have a valid access code.

Usage

Send the generated QR codes to the recipient via email or use existing codes on badges or documents. Once the code is read by the scanner, the person has access. Thanks to API, all core functions of Comydo can be effortlessly connected to existing management and booking systems.

Security

All codes can be configured as required and access can be restricted – both temporally and spatially. This means you always have an overview of who is in your building.

Interfaces

All core functions are also offered as interfaces. If required, third-party systems can be interfaced, such as existing booking platforms.
