How Comydo works

Administration

Assign individual access codes in the online portal or integrate the assignment into the existing process of your booking software.

Mailing

Guests receive the QR code as an email or in your app as part of their booking. This way, they have it right at hand upon arrival.

Check-in

Upon arrival, guests only need to hold the QR code in front of the Comydo scanner. That’s all it takes to gain access to the areas you’ve approved for them.

Check-out

Upon departure, the validity of the QR code also expires and outdated access authorizations automatically disappear from the system.
