Members receive the QR code as an email or in your club app as part of their booking. This way, they have the code right at their fingertips when they arrive at the sports field.
Upon arrival, athletes only need to hold the QR code in front of the scanner. This gives them access to the sports fields or halls that have been approved for them.
When the booking period expires, the QR code also loses its validity. The sports field can then only be accessed again with a new booking.
